14-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, for any reason, as long as the item is:

In unused condition

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of order

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item:

Arrives damaged

Has a manufacturing defect

It is different from what was ordered
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@petfast.shop, and we will provide a free replacement, repair, or full refund — in accordance with consumer rights.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
According to the law, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)

Custom or personalised items

Hygiene or personal care items (e.g. opened grooming or beauty products)

Digital or downloadable products

Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges
To get another item, please return the product (if eligible), and place a new order separately once the return is confirmed.
Online Purchase Protection
As per Egyptian consumer law, online shoppers have 30 days from delivery to return items. If the product doesn't match the description, is defective, or is misleading in any way, you have the right to a full refund.
